EdEra is a Ukrainian online education platform with courses and learning materials across many subjects for students, teachers and anyone who wants to grow. It offers interactive lectures, practical assignments and tests. Hotburo designed the platform with a focus on convenience and learning from any device.

The challenge
Make learning convenient and engaging for people at any level: combine traditional learning with new technology and give everyone a flexible space to move at their own pace.
The solution
Colours
The base is blue, light grey and white, giving a sense of space and lightness. Saturated yellow and green highlight key buttons and information blocks.
Navigation
We reworked the menus and navigation blocks and added a tab system to switch between sections and find materials quickly.
User dashboard
The personal dashboard shows courses, achievements and progress. We simplified it and added reminders about unfinished courses and personal recommendations.
Responsive layout
The platform works properly on desktops, tablets and phones, with no loss of convenience.
Typography and interaction
A clear visual hierarchy — large headings, medium subheadings and compact body text — makes reading easier. Animated buttons and tooltips make interaction feel livelier.
The result
Lighter graphics and optimised code make the site load faster, which is especially noticeable on slow connections. Learning on EdEra became clearer on any device.
